we are the student of NIMS university , shoba nagar , jaipur. we regret to inform you that nims university jaipur was announced admissions in last year which was for ( admission 2013- 2014) by a local press release -Greater kashmir news paper in that nims university mentioned clearly that free education , free lodging, free boarding for kashmir students in undergraduate courses .till last year batch the university worked smoothly for these promises but this year for 2013-2014 1st year batch, on 20-03-2014 university management demands us fees for all. university always managed all the charges of kashimir students in university and govt. scholarship schemes till last year 2013. but this year nims university are playing with as and with our career.
we students are mostly belonged from poor families and we have done admission in this nims university on the bases on free education, free lodging scheme.we have not any strong sources and efforts from parents by which we can fulfill the universities fees and other charge’s. there was not any condition during our admission time and that time university promised with us that all is free for Kashmir students and university managed it from govt schemes.

GRANTING 10 GRACE MARKS BY UPTU
AT THE EARLIEST.
With due respect, we the
undersigned students of UPTU studying in united group of
institutions would like to draw your humble
attention on the following few lines as under:-
1. That, we all are the
final year students, but after lapse of a year we could not still completed B.Tech
due to not obtaining grace of 10 marks in a single paper. It is learnt that about more than 3000 UPTU students of final
year are facing same situation as we are.
2. That, as per UPTU norms
maximum 5 grace marks may be awarded to students in each semester in 2 papers. Thus,
at present 10 marks grace is still being awarded to a student in a year. Earlier,
prior to 2004-05, 10 grace marks was
being awarded to students in one paper (copy enclosed), but now 10
marks grace in a single paper is not permitted for which we are facing the
problems and requesting for the same.
3. That regular efforts are being made by students to draw the attention of UPTU
authorities to consider our prayer sympathically. We are also tried to meet
UPTU authorities and the minister of up government in this regards. HON. STATE MINISTER, OF U.P. GOVERNMENT
(SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY) SHRI ABHISHIEK MISHRA has forwarded our request to UPTU
and SECTERATRY OF TEACHNICAL EDUCATION for considering our demand (copy enclosed).
4. That on 7-may-2014, it was published in leading news papers that UPTU authorities has taken decision in
welfare of students to grant 10 grace marks in one paper .But, this
decision could not be implemented so far
in spite of passing more than 30 days (copy enclosed).
You are therefore, kindly requested to direct UPTU
authorities to implement the aforesaid decision undertaken in welfare of the
students as earliest as possible.

IBPS went on with the recruitment test of PO in 2013.
Initially there was no rule of reserve list in the advertisement.The only thing mention was “A CANDIDATE HAS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN WRITTEN TEST AND INTERVIEW TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ALLOTMENT”.sUDDENLY ON 1ST aPRIL 2014,day when interview results were out,they caenme up with a new resrve list rule under which only 10% candidates were in the waiting list for further allotment.
some 20k allotments were given in the first list.
Other than these 20k and 10% ,IBPS has denied our consideration for allotment,though we have cleared both written and interview.Then what the basis for that

I have mentioned all issues with their instant solution. My senior trying to pressurized me for hand over this report to their well known political parties for take their vote advantage but I would like submit to you am sure this will be helpful to provide more strength to your agenda and politically too because these are the common issues in each community, class ,religion etc. If you satisfied with me than I would like to discussing on this personally am sure I ‘ll well illustrate and explain this on a small power point presentation kindly reply as soon as possible.
i would like to share structure of presents inappropriate co-ordinations central and states administration and this is not only counting demerits of the system but also project the new alternatives which might be replaced that anomalies of system. Also mention how to implement those recommendations in constitutional way. My report monitored almost all law enforcement departments and their mechanism of work in India. I hope this would be helpful of national co-operation for the social changes, humanities from all regions of India.

Namashkar, sir i want to say something about the INJUSTICE happened with out of 100 there is 21 NLUO students who is facing problem or very helpless or no one want to listen our problem, in my university where arbitrary decision are taking by the examination in-charge and also involve the ACC chairman and vc of the NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY ODISHA..dear sir aap mere GOD k jaise hai and i approach everywhere in realated authority but no one is trying to listen our grievances or real problem basis of baisness because i am belong from SC community and they also decided to not provide the degree on the date of convocation, sir here 21 students are not geeting chance to clear only one paper in the 5th year exams because so there is decided on the basis of arbitrary and baisness, personal problems with the particular students so i will very obliged if u look the matter very seriously because of we are just UG students of final year and no idea about the proper place here where we can fight for our right under ARTICLE 14 or religion abusing word use with some of SCHEDULE CASTE students, please sir here is the situation cannot handle and some of student are really disturbed and not eating food and its clearly showing mental torture or harassment there is just sir PLEASE AAPSE HUM SABKI EK REQUEST HAI AAPSE 5 MINTUE is issue ko apke samne rakhna chahte hai…i know sir YOU are listening and watching this message and for sure one is always we keep that bhagwan k ghar der hai but ander nhi, SIR LASTLY EK BAAT BOLNA CHAHATA HUN K AANE MAI YA KOI ACTION LENE MAI DER MAT KAR DENA, BECAUSE WE are veryyyyyyyyyy helpless and no place to stay because of financial and the university are gave order to not stay in the hostel, please sir its very grievous matter, Dear Sir mujhe aapki help chahiye.I WANT TO MEET YOU SIR…Please give me your 5 minutes.

Hello sir,
I am a second PU student in Karnataka.Many students in our state including me were not satisfied with our PU BOARD EXAM RESULTS.We were expecting more marks than what we have got.
In the newspaper today it is given that the department of PU has received 5168 applications for photo-copies,1201 applications for revaluation and 66 for re-totalling.Application for photo-copy per subject is Rs509.Not every student facing this problem can afford to pay that much amount,but they have to as they are left with no choice.Some of them have attempted suicide,some are in ICU.We want the department to re-correct all the papers.The protest by students in our sate is intensifying and the department has failed to respond satisfactorily.Our CET results will be out by march 26th according to the schedule.We either want them to get things done in that time or at least postpone the rank announcing date and counseling dates.Some of the students have been marked absent even though they attended the exam.Please help us with intensifying the protest against the department’s careless action on futures of thousands of students.

i want to ask that what legal action a student take against university or college if the result is not coming positive again and again. sir i m a 2nd year student of master of physiotherapy from the D.A.V.V university from M.P. and i have given the 2nd year exam second time and again fail result came. In first attempt they given me back by 4 marks in PMR subject and this time they given me back by 9 marks in sports medicine subject. the rule of ours university was if you fail in one subject you have to give all subject exam again and again.
sir, the course of master of physiotherapy was 2 year but i have taken admission in 2011 but my course not ended until 2015 due to late exam late results and late result came with lots of student failure result every year. the condition was worst. sir our university system was too poor. copies are checked in same college and professor pass the favorite student and fail to hated one. if the copies goes in another college then also the result was same because our principle is the member of IAP(indian association of physiotherapy), so he has a big contact. no one can raise voice against him because he gave open intimidation of failure in university exam.
please sir suggest me something what can i do. it was really frustrating of giving exam again and again.your help making my life and career successful or i left study in between because i cant face all this again.

Dear Friends, Legal or illegal
Many Indian women’s naked videos are freely available in porn sites without their knowledge. This is done by culprits either by taking secret recordings of men and women involved in family relation (husband and wife) or by stealing videos and photos from mobile phone they get for servicing.
Culprits are not only stealing videos but also uploading these videos in online porn sites for money. They also threaten the girl or wife (involved in the video) by showing these videos for money and sexual satisfaction from them.
This is legal or illegal.
If it is legal —– then government should issue an order approving – taking videos of married couples /girls without their knowledge by keeping secret cam in hotel rooms , rest rooms, swimming pools, dressing trial rooms or stealing videos of husband and wife from their mobile phones etc….and uploading in porn sites for money without their consent as their fundamental right. If government approves this then many useless adults in India will do this crime work happily. So as a result our country will get spoiled. No girl can live happily. Many girls will commit suicide. Family system (one for one) will get spoiled. If government approves this then it may also put an order that all girls should show their nakedness in porn sites and may also approve prostitution. Etc……………….
If it is Illegal —— then government should delete such stolen videos which are against human basic rights immediately and permanently. If the people in such videos are giving consent that their videos can be displayed to the public through porn sites. If not and the videos are being displayed without the participants consent then strict action should be taken against the up loader and the porn site owner (maximum punishment). Then the videos should be completely deleted from all sites and the affected party should be given psychological counseling to repair their mental trauma and sufficient compensation should be given to the broken hearts – to again lead a peaceful life in India.
Sir, this is a rapidly growing problem now in India without publicity. So many girls, ladies and families are heartbroken, mentally ill after seeing their or their relative’s naked videos in porn sites (informed by some friends). Some are also committing suicide.
Please put an end to this growing problem by filing a public interest litigation case against porn sites showing Indian naked videos without the participants consent. only students can fight for this. Otherwise even our blood relative’s porn video will be available soon in porn sites. Please do this for a great turning point in our country.

Dear Friends,
Women rights and safety plays very important role in our country INDIA. Now crimes are getting increased against women because of the PORN SITES available online.
1000’s of women were taken video without their knowledge and uploaded in these sites daily. The mobile shops play an important role in this. They download videos and photos from the mobile phones they receive for servicing.
Some may contain videos and photos taken by husband and wife for fun among themselves.
May contain naked photos and naked videos.
The mobile shops they steal these and upload in porn websites and earn money.
So many suicides are happening in our country INDIA because of these videos – available in online.
When the affected family come to know that their naked videos are available in internet then to maintain the family dignity or status and because of shame the family members are committing suicide.
These mobile shops also threaten the customers with such videos in their mobiles and try to get sexual satisfaction from their wives stating that – if u give your wife for our sexual satisfaction then we will not upload these videos online. If not we will upload these videos online.
So the husbands have no chance other that accepting their demand.
Also friends when they see such naked videos in internet they copy that and threaten the female individually and get money and sexual satisfaction from them.
Many unmarried girls are taken videos secretly and the videos are being uploaded to dishonor them and blackmail them. Girls are committing suicide.
Why government is maintaining silence in this great issue. Government knows everything happening in our country. But maintaining silence in this issue is not acceptable.
Those naked videos are videos of our brothers and sisters. We Indians – all are brothers and sisters.
Day and night young adults are getting addicted to these videos and spoiling their life and these videos stimulate them to commit sexual crimes and earn money threatening the people in such videos.
Secret Cameras are fixed in girls &ladies rest rooms and then the videos are uploaded online.
Mobile service shops are uploading these videos of local people to mobile phones of school children and get money. Some school kids are shocked to see their neighbors in those videos.
Operation Theater in hospitals are making female patients naked and taking videos for enjoyment (some hospitals)
THESE ARE FEW……………………………………………………………………………………………………..
We cannot prevent this.
But what we can prevent is -these videos are not uploaded online – this can be made by strict laws.
Solution?
What is the solution.
Government should frame suitable laws regarding these porn sites.
Or Government should block these sites.
Or if any video is there in such websites and the concerned parties are approaching court that their nakedness has been exposed in that site, then the court should punish the website owner and uploader (death punishment) and they should pay a fine of one crore to the affected party and the video should be deleted. (enquiry should be conducted by female Judge)
This should be made compulsory to eradicate such great crime happening in our country.
NO MOBILE PHONE SHOULD CONTAIN NAKED VIDEOS OR PHOTOS.
Daily 100s of videos of innocent Indian women are getting uploaded secretly in porn sites.
